Volunteers Needed by Friends

• Wednesday, Friday and Saturday afternoons to sort books, place books on the sale shelves and straighten books on the sale shelves.

• Shelve & keep the shelves in order
• File, type, photo copy & collate documents
• Assist with programs, crafts, & other activities
• Assist in basic directions & location questions
• Care for audio/video, DVD, CD collections
• Prepare or mend materials
• Teach technology skills & assist at public internet stations
• Read to children
• Help with pre-opening library preparations
• Lead tours, handout information, & give direction
• Coordinate Volunteers schedules & duties
• Lead book discussions
• Assist with library events
